Holloway Prison

Today, I participated in the RETHINK Mental Illness,  Mental Health training workshop for Prison Visitor Centre staff from various prisons in England.

This was the second time that I have participated in training at the the PACT offices in Vauxhall.

Today I was delighted to secure a HMP Holloway Women's Prison cup for myself. Seen above. The writing on the back of the cup is:

"Holloway
The City of London Prison

May God protect the City of
London and make this place
a terror to evil doers.

150th Anniversary
26th September 1999"

The Griffin can be seen very clearly on the cup and unlike the fictitious Harry Potter is the only Griffin Door that I have ever been a part of!!!
