The results of the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index (WEI) 2013 have been published
The WEI is produced yearly and is a key benchmarking tool for a number of UK employers to measure their efforts to tackle discrimination and create inclusive workplaces for lesbian, gay, bisexual (LGBT) and Transgender employees. This year 376 employers participated in the WEI, with the RAF being ranked in 63rd place. This is the 3rd successive occasion that the RAF has achieved ‘Top 100’ status, demonstrating the RAF’s firm commitment to promoting a culture that allows people to reach their full potential. The RAF is proud of its tradition of employing exceptional people from diverse backgrounds and respects and values the unique contribution of every individual.

Far too many Gay Males are attempting to complete suicide, lack of functional family community involvement, role models and mentors; and isolation due to loss of a loved one, age, stigma and discrimination.
In my Brixton, Coldharbour Ward, London, and nationally; we need confident Openly Gay males to be visible audible role models and mentors:
To our community in particular where often positive openly gay male role models are at a minimum and young males and females, as well as the older generation... Would benefit from Gay Males vital contribution
I am the lone lesbian mother of a heterosexual male teenager, who is an only child and believe my son and I would appreciate the constructive none threatening input openly gay males can provide.
Please create a Gay Male Commission to discover the causes of gay male suicides and ways of including gay in to the lives of the younger and older generation.
If we lose this campaign the loss would be infinite.
If we win this campaign we create a greater society by fostering an inclusive community starting the family.
I am a London born, English lesbian biological mother of a male child named James. I am also in a long term committed relationship with a woman. I am in full time paid employment and am the published author of the book 'Altered Perceptions'. I have a Schizoaffective disorder mental distress diagnosis and I was diagnosed with Erotomania, which is treated with a small amount of regular oral anti-psychotic medication, whilst I was a prisoner in HMP Holloway in 2009. I am responsible and active with the well being of my only biological child James who was in long term foster care with a heterosexual married couple. This was due to consequences of my mental distress experiences, and my prior single parent status.
