The results of the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index (WEI) 2013 have been published

The WEI is produced yearly and is a key benchmarking tool for a number of UK employers to measure their efforts to tackle discrimination and create inclusive workplaces for lesbian, gay, bisexual (LGBT) and Transgender employees. This year 376 employers participated in the WEI, with the RAF being ranked in 63rd place. This is the 3rd successive occasion that the RAF has achieved ‘Top 100’ status, demonstrating the RAF’s firm commitment to promoting a culture that allows people to reach their full potential. The RAF is proud of its tradition of employing exceptional people from diverse backgrounds and respects and values the unique contribution of every individual.
